Instructions
Mince the ham and grate the parmesan and fontina.
Put everything in the mixer, then add the white sauce and mix.
Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Beat the egg with salt.
Form croquettes with the mixture, flour and then dip in the egg and breadcrumbs.
FRY in plenty of frothy butter and serve well-heated.

- 250 g of ham
- 20 g of parmigiano
- 30 g of fontina cheese
- 150 g of bechamel
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Butter
- Salt
