Instructions
Pounded the seeds of anise, place them in a pot with a lid to airtight, add alcohol and leave to macerate for six days.

The liquor could be consumed after a few months.

- 100 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 50 g of green anise seeds
- 1000 g of sugar
- 50 cl of water
