Tuna croquettes (2)
Instructions
Prepare a thick sauce by mixing a tablespoon and a half of flour 1 glass of broth, softened butter and a pinch of salt.
Drain the tuna and blended.
Incorporate it with egg sauce and 2 handfuls of grain.
Mix well the mixture and prepare round croquettes.
Dip in breadcrumbs and then FRY them in plenty of boiling oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 40 g of butter
- 1 egg
- Flour
- 1 glass of broth
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 == Pto Meeting
- 2 handfuls of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
