Rice croquettes (2)
Instructions
Put on the heat a saucepan with lightly salted, milk when milk boils add the rice and cook until it has absorbed the milk becoming cluttered.
Add the zest of half a lemon.
Remove from heat and add the cheese.
When the mixture has cooled, add the 3 egg yolks 3 egg whites.
Beat the egg remained in a Holster.
Do a lot of balls with the mixture then roll in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry the croquettes in hot oil causing them to Brown on both sides and serve very hot.

- Flour
- 500 g of milk
