Instructions
Boil the potatoes, Peel and pass through a knitting mill still hot.
Season the mixture with the chopped mortadella, a tablespoon of grated cheese, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
Make croquettes, put them in bread crumbs and FRY in hot olive oil making them well browned, drain on a paper towel, let them cool down.
You can get them using the advanced puré.

- 800 g of potatoes
- 80 g of mortadella
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
- Little of chopped parsley
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
