Crab croquettes
Instructions
Mix the bechamel sauce with crab meat blended with a little cream.
Form croquettes, then dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs and FRY in plenty of butter.
Filter the cooking butter, add 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs, lemon juice and pour it over the croquettes.

- 200 g of crab meat

- 1 egg
