Shrimp croquettes
Instructions
For the mashed potatoes, 3 used 1 knob of butter, salt and milk.

Place the mashed (prepared in advance so that it is now cold) into a bowl and add a whole egg, a pinch of nutmeg and two tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
Mix well.
Take time to cut out a small amount of mashed, put yourself in the middle of a prawn and processed in such a way as to form a croquette: first move in the remaining beaten egg with a pinch of salt and then in the breadcrumbs.
Prepare all the croquettes in the same way.
Place over heat a large pan fried with plenty of oil, let it smoke and lay a few morsels at a time, leaving her well browned on all sides.
Levatele from the oil, place on paper towels and keep warm as they will be ready.
