Anchovies with tomato sauce
Instructions
Clean and bone the anchovies under running water, dry them on a cloth.
Make a garlic and chopped parsley and a little pepper.
Lay on the bottom of a baking pan half of tomatoes and salt; Dine on anchovies, salt and put onto the chopped prepared.
Cover with remaining tomatoes and olive oil and put in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with chopped fresh parsley.

- 800 g of fresh anchovies
- 400 g of blanched tomatoes peeled and diced
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Salt
- Little of white pepper
