Crepes with taleggio cheese and truffle
Instructions
Beat 3 eggs with salt and pepper; dilute with a little flour and milk with eggs to make a batter.
Make 8 crepes in a nonstick saucepan.
To 1/2 l of milk add the chopped cheese and let it melt in a Bain-Marie.
The cream, once cold combine 2 yolks, truffles to ground and flakes of pepper.
Fill the Crepes with 3/4 of the mixture, place in a buttered baking dish and pour remaining cream.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 65 cl of milk
- 200 g of taleggio cheese
- 1 small black truffle
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
