Instructions
Prepare the dough with flour and yeast dissolved in warm milk, a pinch of salt and butter.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Butter a baking dish and put it on a sheet of dough about 1 cm thick, leaving the edges.
Put the ham and fontina cheese cut into cubes and cover with a layer of noodles.
Solder the edges and brush the surface with the egg.
Put in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
