Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water.
Drain, Peel and mash with a potato masher.
Dilute the mashed potatoes with milk, let cool and add the flour, then the eggs one at a time.
Work the mixture with a whisk until it becomes a smooth cream, possibly merge other milk.
Grease with butter a pan for crepes and pour the mixture with a tbsp.
Cook the pancakes on both sides and serve as a side dish.
