Crepes sugar
Instructions
Prepare the batter for crepes.
In a small frying pan melt over low heat a butter.
Pour a tablespoon of batter and move the Pan slightly so that the mixture is distributed evenly over the bottom.
To get crepes read the layer must be very thin.
Simmer for a few seconds from one side and then turn on the other.
So on until exhaustion of the batter.
Gradually that the crepes are ready, place them one on top of the other and keep warm until ready to serve.
Sprinkle the surface of each crepe with a little sugar, four ripiegatele, place them on the serving dish.
Serve warm.
