Crepes with caramelized pears
Instructions
Warm milk, and mix the butter into pieces and let cool, then puree with the remaining ingredients to the batter.
Grease a small frying pan by 20 centimeters in diameter, pour in some batter and cook 2-3 minutes.
Turn the crepe and gilds it 1 minute on the other side.
Prepared in the same manner as the other crepes.
Peel the pears, cut them in half and remove the core, then cut them out and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Pour the sugar in a large skillet, add 10 cl of water and boil for 1 minute, add honey and cinnamon and cook 2-3 minutes until it will form a light syrup.
Place the pears in the Pan and let them cook for 3 minutes per side, until they took a beautiful blond color.

Place a PEAR half in the center of each crepe (choosing the 12 most beautiful if there came more).
When serving, align the crepes on a plate from oven and scaldatele 3 minutes at 200 degrees.
Remove the cinnamon syrup, add the grappa and heat 2 minutes.
Pour a little of the syrup in the center of each plate, lay over two crepes stuffed with Roasted Almond flakes.

- 200 g of acacia honey

- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of pear brandy
