Apple crepes
Instructions
Place in a bowl the flour sifted by the fountain.
Pour in the Center 30 g of sugar, salt and eggs.
Stir well to mix all the ingredients by incorporating a little at a time all the milk you get a batter smooth and without lumps.
Put to rest covered for 1 hour.
Meanwhile Peel the apples, cut them in half, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
Put on the stove in a pan 50 g of butter when melted add the apples, drizzle with 3 tablespoons of liqueur and sprinkle with 50 g of sugar.
Stir and simmer over low heat, then add the cinnamon.
Melt 20 g of butter, add to the batter and cook the crepes in a non-stick pans greased with butter.
Stuffed with apples, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar and place them in a hot oven to 190 degrees until caramelized.
