Stewed Eel (Anguilla Stufata)
Instructions
Clean an eel of 800 g, spellarla and cut it into pieces.
Add salt and place in a pan with 50 g of butter, lemon juice and 1/2 glass of water, 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and a pinch of black pepper.
Incoperchiarla and bake at 150 degrees already warm for 20 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook for another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot accompanied with potatoes.

- 1 800 g eel
- Salt
- 50 g of butter into pieces
- 1 lemon (juice)
