Crepes with ham and fontina
Instructions
Prepare crepes.
On each distributed a little chopped ham and cubed fontina in equal measure.
Roll them up and allineatele in a buttered baking dish.
Cover with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and a pinch of nutmeg.
Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and let it Brown.
You can serve the crepes entire or divided into two logs cut diagonally
Ingredients and dosing for 12 persons
- 200 g of ham
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 50 cl of bechamel
- Grated cheese
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Butter
