Crepes with ham (2)
Instructions
Whisk 2 eggs with 50 g of flour and 1 pinch of salt.
Add 100 g of semi-skimmed milk and mix until dough is smooth.
In a pan melt 20 g of butter, pour the mixture in spoonfuls and preparing thin pancakes.
Wrap the crepes obtained around 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of mozzarella.
Arrange on a baking sheet pan, cover them with a few spoonfuls of béchamel sauce ready and put them in the oven already warm for 5-10 minutes.

- Some slices of ham
- Some of slices mozzarella cheese
- A few tablespoons of bechamel
