Crepes with ham
Instructions
Form a liquid batter with flour, milk and eggs beaten already separately; salt.
Pour 3 tablespoons of this batter in 1 small frying pan just buttered.
When the cracks will be wrinkled and browned, turn it the other way.
Proceed in this way until you finish batter.
Fill each crepe with 1 slice of ham and a few small nut of mozzarella, roll it up and place it with the others in buttered baking dish 1 and put in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
