Crepes with honey
Instructions
Combine the flour and a pinch of salt, stirring with the whisk, dilute with milk poured.
Combine beaten eggs, sugar and 3 tablespoons melted butter.
Let sit for 1 hour to cool.
Cook the pancakes by pouring the mixture in a non-stick frying pan tbsp anointed with butter.
Sprinkle with lemon, polished with honey and decorate them with candies.

- 250 g of wholemeal flour
- 3 eggs
- 50 cl of milk
- Butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of acacia honey
- 2 lemons
- Some of candied citrus
- Salt
