Instructions
Prepare the batter with the egg, flour, salt, oil, milk and water.
Melt chocolate, cream and milk until creamy.
In a pan pour a teaspoon of olive oil and 2 tbsp of batter, and just turn it adheres.
After 40 seconds to put it on a plate, spread the chocolate cream, roll it up and guarnirla with powdered sugar and chocolate drops.

- 5 cl of milk
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 5 cl of cream
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- For the batter:

- For garnishing:
- Icing sugar
- Few drops of chocolate
