Instructions
Prepare crepes.
Arrange overlapping on a warm plate and keep aside.
Pour into a pan two tablespoons of milk, add the chopped chocolate and, at low heat, let it dissolve slowly stirring.
When the chocolate has become smooth and homogeneous as a cream dropped the Pan from the fire.
Chocolate incorporated a knob of butter, mix carefully and gently, spread the mixture still warm on each Crescent into cracks.
