Instructions

Prepare the batter for crepes beating eggs and adding diluted in milk flour.

Mix well.

Fry the pancakes one by one in a non-stick frying pan greased with butter.

Whip the cream with 2 tablespoons sugar.

Add 100 g of grated chocolate and stuff the crepes.

Melt chocolate with 1/2 glass of milk and 3 tablespoons rum and pour it around the crepes.

Serve.
