Pancakes with candied fruit
Instructions
Crushed candied chestnuts, soaked the mixture with a glass of rum.
In a bowl mix the flour with the sugar; make a well and sgusciatevi eggs; stir with wooden spoon until it becomes a cream.
Pour gradually the milk and then the cream; stirring add a pinch of salt and melted butter.
Let it sit for an hour.
Cook the crepes in a little butter, spread them when they are ready with the cream and roll them up; arrange on a plate, sprinkle with sugar and sprinkle with rum.
Spend a moment in the oven and serve.

- 120 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 60 g of sugar
- 10 cl of milk
- 10 cl of cream
- 10 cl of cognac
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 300 g of candied chestnuts
- 2 cups of rum
- Salt
