Instructions
Beat the eggs with the flour, salt and dilute with milk.
Boil the asparagus.
Brown in butter garlic, remove it and add the diced ham, then chopped asparagus and chopped parsley.
With the batter make the cracks in a non-stick frying pan unto fill them with the mixture of asparagus and Parmesan.
Lay them in a baking dish, cover with sauce and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 400 g of asparagus
- 100 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- Salt
- 80 g of ham
- 30 g of parmigiano
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 cup of slow bechamel
