Instructions
In a bowl beat the egg, diluted the milk into flour, then add the egg batter and beat for a few minutes.
You heat a pan for crepes with a little oil, pour the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, first on one side, then the other.
Fill the crepes with walnuts, then roll them up on themselves.
Place in a roasting pan next to each other.
cover flush with sweetened fresh boiling milk and let stand for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Serve two crepes per person in individual plates.

- 100 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 100 cl of milk
- Chopped walnuts
- Impalpable sugar
