Instructions

Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt, add 125 g flour and diluted with a quarter of milk; Let it sit for half an hour (very important!).

Heat a small frying pan of 15 cm in diameter, spennellatelo butter, pour in, out of the fire, a tbsp of batter and let it scroll on the bottom; put on the heat and cook the pancakes on both sides.

Proceed thus until running out of the batter.
