Banana crepe
Instructions
Combine in a bowl the flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, beat the eggs, then, stirring constantly.
flush built-in milk and cream.
Let the batter rest for an hour in a cool place.
Puree the bananas with the lemon juice, dried figs and peach jam.
Prepare the cracks with the batter and as they are ready farcitele with banana cream.
Roll them up to cigarette and keep them warm in the serving dish placed over a double boiler.
Put the orange juice, brown sugar, butter and a pinch of nutmeg in a saucepan and let it reduce to moderate fire until a syrupy sauce, pour over the cracks and serve.
