Instructions
Whip the eggs gently without let her mount, in a saucepan, heat the milk with the sugar and vanilla and add the beaten eggs.
Put the sugar in a small saucepan with a tablespoon of water and let it cook on moderate fire, stirring with a wooden spoon constantly until Brown will appear (be careful not to burn the sugar) and then pour a little caramel in each stencil for creme caramel.
Pour the milk with the eggs and fill the stencils.
In a baking dish put warm water and put the molds of creme caramel, bake in the oven at 150 degrees very gently for 1 hour, then refrigerate to cool, turn out and serve.

- 270 g of granulated sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- For the caramel:
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of water
