Universal cream
Instructions
Using a mixer, pour into mug: the drained tuna, anchovy fillets, capers, the pitted black olives, garlic, Rosemary, salt and pepper.
Blend well until you get a homogeneous mixture and pour the cremina obtained in a bowl, adding a drizzle olive oil Extra Virgin.
Stir thoroughly and serve.
Tip: this cream is excellent for stuff boiled potatoes, tomatoes, bruschetta, crostini and pastes.
Trick: cover it with a drizzle of olive oil and keep it in the refrigerator.
It keeps fine for 1 week.

- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 20 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of capers
- 150 g of pitted black olives
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
