Tasty cream to beans
Instructions
Pass the beans under running water, then place them in a saucepan, add water to cover for about two fingers and cook without ever mix them, and covered over low heat for about 40 minutes, until that is to be disposed.
Wash the Catalonia and lessatela al dente in boiling salted water, then drain, squeeze it well and dress in a bowl with the grapefruit juice, finely chopped garlic and paprika to taste.
When cooked, pass the beans in Blender until obtaining a cream which distribute in 4 bowls.
Place the Catalonia, complete with a little oil and serve with the bread, cut into slices and toast under the grill of the oven.
If you use fresh beans, calculated the time of poaching in water around 15 minutes.

- 500 g of dried peeled fava beans
- 500 g of catalan salad
- 1/2 yellow grapefruit (juice)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Chili powder
- To serve:
- 1 finger roll of bread
