Fried cream
Instructions
Work the yolks with sugar; combine the flour, vanilla and milk.
Put the cream on the heat and Cook, stirring, for about 20 minutes.
Allow it to cool.
Cut the cream in diamonds and pass them in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry them in hot oil and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g of flour
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- 75 cl of milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Icing sugar
- Olive oil
