Cold cream of legumes
Instructions
Put the beans in a bowl and drained liquid from peas, add 50 cl of broth and onion peeled and chopped, then mix everything together.
Transfer the cream in saucepan, combine 1 milk, salt, pepper and bring to a boil, then limit lower the flame and cook for 15 minutes.
Finally, allow to cool and serve with cream balls of marzipan.

- 1 box of spain white beans (400 g boxes)
- 200 g of canned peas
- 1 onion
- 1 glass of milk
- Broth
- Almond paste
- Salt
- Pepper
