Instructions

Clean the eels and spellatela in warm water, then cut it into 2 fingers wide logs.

Take the skewers and on each slide 1 Sage leaf, 1 slice of lemon and 1 stub of anguilla.

In a saucepan melt the butter and friggetevi the wooden skewers so cooked, season with salt and serve.
