Ham Cream (Crema di Prosciutto)
Instructions
Finely chop ham, pass it to the blender with butter, mix it with the Parmesan cheese and put the mixture into 1 soup tureen.
1 In saucepan bring to boil the broth, stir the rice cream diluted with 1 ladle of cold water and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cream and heat without boiling; pour the whole thing slowly, always stirring, in the soup-tureen; serve after 5 minutes with the croutons.

- 150 g of ham
- 60 g of butter at room temperature
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 150 cl of nut soup
- 50 g of rice cream
- 20 cl of cream
