Cream of chicken (2)
Instructions
Melt in saucepan and 50 g butter 50 g flour dorarvi.
Dilute with 150 cl chicken broth, stirring.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add 50 g of mollusc flesh boiled and chopped chicken, a pinch of nutmeg and a glass of cream.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat, season with salt and serve with croutons fried in butter.

- 1 pinch of nutmeg
