Instructions
In a pan melt the butter.
Add flour and stir well.
Add the fish fillets slowly, stirring constantly until it forms a soft cream.
Pour the salsa over the egg yolks, which have slammed into a dish apart.
Mix well and put the mixture into the pan.
Cook for about 10 minutes at moderate heat, stirring constantly.
Toward the end of cooking add wine, salt and pepper.

- 25 cl of white wine
