Cream of pears
Instructions
Peel the pears, cut them into 4 and cook with the icing sugar and water.
When they are cooked, blend and add the maraschino.
Whisk the cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and add the mashed pears.
Put in ice cream maker.
When it is ready pour it into the ice cream cups that you have previously kept in the freezer and garnished with amaretti.

- 3 tablespoons of water
- 4 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 1 jar of creme fraiche
- 1 dram of maraschino
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Amaretti biscuits
