Instructions
Wash and dry the apples, cut into rings and remove the seeds.
Put apple slices in a bowl and place over very cold for each 1/2 Apricot and a bud of mint, then pour the cointreau.
Add champagne and stir gently.
Pour into cups or tbsp with flutes held previously in the freezer.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 bottle of cold champagne wine
- 1 cup cointreau
- Mint
- 1 apple
- Apricots in syrup
