Creamed potatoes and broccoli
Instructions
In a large pot, sauté the thinly sliced onion in 2 tablespoons oil, add the potatoes cut into cubes and broccoli, sliced to taste good stirring for a few minutes.
Cover the vegetables with boiling salted water and cook over low heat and cover for about 30 minutes.
Blend all serve with a drizzle of raw oil.
