Lettuce cream
Instructions
Clean lettuce.
Bake in a 150 cl lightly salted water onion, celery, diced carrots.
After 20 minutes, add the oil, lettuce and cook for another 10 minutes.
Pass all, add salt, add the butter and plenty of Parmesan.
Serve with fried bread croutons.
