Wash shrimp, boil them in boiling water for 10 minutes, let them cool and shell should pass half through a sieve.
Saute in butter flour, pour the cream and cook for 5-10 minutes, add the shrimp puree, a pinch of paprika, salt, broth and bring to a boil.
Add the chopped shrimp, simmer and serve with croutons.
