Cream of shrimp and beans
Instructions
Boil the beans and puree the Mashers.
Put in a pan with butter and 30 g insaporitevi chopped shallots.
Add the shrimps, have them jump for 2 minutes, spray them with white wine, leave to evaporate, add salt, pepper, puree.
In another saucepan, melt the rest of the butter, add the flour, stir.
Pour the bean puree, then dilute the mixture little by little with the boiling broth and Cook, over low heat, for about a quarter of an hour.
Together with shrimp Smoothie half cup of cream and some thyme leaves.
Pour on the cream of beans.
Serve.

- 200 g of fresh cannellini beans
- 200 g of shrimp
- 80 g of butter
- 50 g of flour
- 100 cl of vegetable broth
- 1 shallot
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1/2 cup of cream
- Salt
- Pepper
