Combine the sauce and Leek into rings with oil and butter, simmer gently for 10 minutes, pour the broth, then add the potatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
Combine the shrimp and wine, and after a little whisk everything, put it back in the pot, add salt, bring to a boil and serve with freshly ground pepper.
