Instructions

Prepare a meat broth and add the cooking water of mushrooms.

1 cup diluted dì rice flour (you can also take ordinary flour) in milk and pour this mixture into the boiling broth, stirring continuously.

Add the sliced mushrooms, stewed in butter (Paris mushrooms, boletes, bantams).

You can enhance by adding questaminestra of toasted bread croutons in butter, parsley or chives.
