Instructions
Put to infuse for 8 days, the herb angelica seeds, cloves and vanilla extract with alcohol.
Spent the time bake slowly alcohol, prepare a syrup with 1000 g of sugar and 50 cl of water.
Without leave to cool, pour into a pot where you put 250 g of scraping of stems of angelica.
Cool the mixture and then add the alcohol; leave it to infuse for one month.
Strain the liquor and pour it in the bottles.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 250 g of angelica seeds
- 250 g of scraping of angelica stalks green
- 8 g of clove seeds
- 1 g of vanilla
- 1000 g of sugar
- 50 G = = water
