Creamed fava beans
Instructions
In a quart and a half of water Cook the potatoes cut into slices, beans, carrot and onion into slices.
After 20 minutes turn and blend.
Add salt and pepper pour into the saucepan, add the milk, butter, Sprinkle chopped Basil and cheese, return to a boil for one minute.
Served with tiny croutons flavored in a knob of butter.
The accompanying wine: Colli Di Conegliano DOC Colli Lanuvi White DOC, Castel Del Monte Bianco DOC.

- 500 g of shelled broad beans
- 3 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- Grated cheese
- 30 g of butter
- 1 dram of milk
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
