Open 12 oysters carefully and extract the pulp.
Dry them with a cloth and wrap each fruit of the sea, having dusted with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper, with a slice of bacon.
Slide to three-in-one steel skewer, and grill, turning them until they pass every now and then.
When the bacon is evenly toasted, remove from grill and serve.
