Instructions

Boil the chickpeas, previously soaked for 3 hours.

Pass them through a sieve until obtaining a homogeneous cream combining the broth.

FRY in a little oil the finely chopped Rosemary and garlic, pour in the cream and chick pea flavour.

Arrange the toasts on plates, cover with hot cream and serve.
