Kiwi banana cream
Instructions
Cut lengthwise the vanilla pod, open it and raschiatelo by retrieving the pips that you will put in the Blender along with the banana, whose weight means less scrap (peel).
Add a teaspoon of lemon juice, then start the machine at low speed for 2 minutes, then pour the cream into the pot.
Garnish with kiwi, peeled, cut into rings and with fennel cut into very thin strips, almost transparent, using the slicer (slicer).
Serve immediately on dessert because the fruit, once peeled and exposed to air, it tends to become dark.

- 20 g of heart of fennel
- 1/2 kiwi
- Lemon juice
- 1 pod vanilla
