Cream of asparagus and mushrooms
Instructions
To add the sliced mushrooms with 10 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Melt 20 g of butter, 1 tablespoon of flour stemperarvi and dilute, little by little, with 3/4 of a litre of boiling water without ceasing to stir.
Add salt, pepper, add the asparagus and continue cooking for 35 minutes.
Move everything to the mixer, put on the fire, add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, then add the beaten egg yolk and Parmesan.

- 300 g of frozen asparagus
